Hi everyone this the Cliffemount hotels first blog.
We are looking forward to the end of winter and are planning our spring menu as we speak. We hope to include as many local ingredients as possible and so far we have some fantastic suppliers including Martin Greenwood who supplies us with free range organic hens, Duck and goose eggs he also supplies us every 10-12 weeks with half a free range rare breed pig, the difference in taste is unbelievable!!!
